A delegation of Kabul Education University visited University of Tehran on May 13, and a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between UT and Kabul Education University.

Dr. Farhad Rahbar also said: we are eager to expand scientific cooperation on common issues with our Afghan brothers.

Also conducting joint projects, supplying of books for Kabul University by UT were discussed.
